Are there any pre-requisites to the courses?
No pre-requisites are required for our Lean Six Sigma Green Belt course. It provides a clear introduction for anyone new to Lean Six Sigma, however, all upgrades must have completed the previous course to qualify for the discounted prices. If you don’t have any Lean Six Sigma qualifications, please refer to the main course pages.
How long do I have to complete a online course?
You will have online access for 12 months.

Do I need a project to complete the course?
No. We do not require a project for training, though we strongly recommend that you accompany the coursework with a meaningful project.
A real-world project will significantly enhance the learning experience because you can use it to directly practice the concepts and tools as you complete the course. Successful project work is also required for reputable certification process (including BQF certification).
What support do you offer to help me with the training?
Online delegates will be assigned one of our classroom trainers as your personal tutor. Our trainers are all experienced Lean Six Sigma practitioners who have been there and done it for real prior to joining Catalyst. Classroom delegates are encouraged to contact their trainer at any time after training, for example to discuss project ideas or review their storyboard prior to submission for assessment.
Do I receive a training certificate?
Once you have completed the training you will receive an e-certificate of completion, which can be added to your Linkedin profile. You will also receive written confirmation that you have passed the exam.
How many CPD points is the course worth?
Our Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Course is equivalent to 80 CPD points.
