Root Cause Analysis

This is an intensive one-day training workshop programme to deepen your understanding around problem solving, specifically focussing on Root Cause Analysis. This workshop based session includes practical team based tools to facilitate effective execution in the organisation.
Detailed delegate materials will be provided and reinforced by a number of interactive team based exercises to bring the concepts to life. 

Who should attend: This training is suitable for managers, process owners and anyone who has responsibility for process performance. It would be a useful refresher for Yellow and Green Belts.

About the trainer

Helen SmithHelen Smith is a highly experienced Lean Six Sigma consultant and trainer. Process root cause analysis is one of her core skills which she is called upon to carry out for our clients on a frequent basis. She delivers this course regularly and provides follow-up coaching support for the delegates.

Process Data Skills using Excel

This course teaches the principles and practice of using process data properly but without the need for serious statistics or special statistics software. The course teaches how to use Excel to generate simple graphs (with a little help from the SPC Plus software which is included in the price) to turn data into useful information which enables data-driven decision making in the workplace. It will build your capability and confidence in this area.

Who should attend: Green and Yellow Belts, Lean Practitioners, Operational Managers, Business Analysis’s. You probably work in a transactional environment or in a transactional role. If you have a technical or engineering role, it is more likely that you will required Advanced Green Belt or Black Belt training using statistics software such as Minitab.
