Our Lean Six Sigma Green Belt programme provides the route to attaining benchmark British Quality Foundation Green Belt Certification but is equally for delegates who simply want to find out in detail what Lean Six Sigma is, and how it works. The course can be attended via our Open programme - either Virtual or in person, at one of our training venues. For In-Company programmes the course can be delivered either virtually or on-site. This course teaches you how to lead process improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma principles, methods and tools under the DMAIC (Define Measure Analyse Improve Control) framework. It focuses on how to collaborate to identify waste, solve problems, manage change and implement significant and sustainable performance improvements.

‘Self-study’ Green Belt Online training – equivalent to 6 days
Our unique approach to online training brings the classroom experience to you! The core of our learning material is bite-sized videos, recorded in live training sessions so that you can learn by watching real people delivering a real course to real delegates.
How it works
Each delegate receives a logon to the Business Improvement Zone – Catalyst’s state-of-the-art Learning Management System. There you will have access to the video materials as well as an extensive set of learning and project resources. To help ensure success, one of our experienced classroom trainers will be assigned to you personally to support you as you progress through the training programme.
The videos are organised into a series of courses which align with the Lean Six Sigma project structure. You can view our free sampler.
- We don’t use animations. Voiced-over Power Points are only used occasionally to introduce or summarise some topics

Virtual Open Classroom – 6 days
Inside the Virtual Open Classroom
The training delivery format is a set of 2 x three day sessions typically spread over 2 to 3 weeks.
The programmes are delivered live over Zoom by our experienced Master Black Belt instructors. We use a wide variety of techniques to create and engaging, participative and fun experience for the learners including breakout room exercises, polls/quizzes, online collaboration tools, hands-on exercises (where you have to stand up and move!) as well as live discussions.

Our BQF Certified 5-day Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is now available face to face
We are delighted to announce that we are offering our ever popular Lean Six Sigma Green Belt as a face-to-face delivery option again, starting in February this year (see date schedule).. London based.
The course has been updated, demonstrating a few of the collaborative Apps that have been so well received on our Virtual programme.
The above price includes comprehensive training materials, 12 months access to our web-based learning resources, online exam and BQF certification – plus lunch and all refreshments throughout the day. The training days start at 8.45 for 9am and usually finish by 5pm. Please note: delegates will need to make their own arrangements if they would like overnight accommodation.
The mix of delegates is one of the attractions of our open training programmes and we are very much looking forward to meeting everyone in 3D again.
In-company classroom
For more than 4 delegates attending the same programme this is the most cost effective option.
The Green Belt programme can be delivered on-site or virtually.
The sessions will be bespoke, lively and interactive delivering a memorable learning experience for the delegates.
We will discuss your objectives prior to the delivery, and help you to plan the most effective delivery and support to your team of delegates.
We can deliver a 4, 5 or 6 day course depending on the level of Change Management and Project Support content required.
