Are there any pre-requisites to the course?
No pre-requisites are required for our online Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt course. The course starts at a basic level.
How long do I have to complete a online course?
You will have online access for 12 months.

Do I need a project to complete the course?
No. We do not require a project for training, though we strongly recommend that you put the learning into practice on a project or use them as part of your day to day improvement activities. Successful demonstration of practice is also required for BQF certification.
What support do you offer to help me with the training?
Online delegates can email us for support, our trainers are all experienced Lean Six Sigma practitioners who have been there and done it for real prior to joining Catalyst. Classroom delegates can contact their trainer for support.
Do I receive a training certificate?
Once you have completed the training you will receive a certificate of completion. You will also receive written confirmation that you have passed the exam. You can be certified through the British Quality Foundation as an optional extra.
How many CPD points is the course worth?
Our Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Course is equivalent to 25 CPD points.
Can I upgrade to other courses after completion?
Yes! From Yellow Belt you can directly upgrade to Green Belt or attend Lean Six Sigma for Innovation and Design (Design for Six Sigma).
