Introducing Lean Six Sigma Black Belt EP2 – Upgrade from Green Belt
If you are already Lean Six Sigma Green Belt qualified, this is the route for you to obtain BQF Accredited Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
Green Belt is the first module of the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt program. Building on your knowledge of the Green Belt Continuous Improvement toolkit and the DMAIC problem solving methodology you can now progress your learning to obtain the advanced skills of a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt leader.

The Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Programme EP 2 – Upgrade from Green Belt Consists of five four modules which align directly with BQF certification:
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (6 days)
- Facilitating and Leading Change (3 days)
- Data Driven Insights and Decisions (4 days)*
- Further Process Measurement and Analysis Techniques (2 days)*
- Advanced Black Belt Tools (3 days)*

We have found that breaking the subject matter into short blocks facilitates learning and minimises the impact of time spent away from work. The modules can be taken in rapid succession in one training wave or spread out over a longer time period. If you have already completed some of the modules, you can upgrade to Black Belt from your current position.

- Join at Entry Point 2 if you are already Green Belt trained

The modules must be taken in strict order except for Facilitating and Leading Change, that can be taken any time after Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.

In-Company Training
For more than 4 delegates attending the same programme this is the most cost effective option.
The Business Black Belt programme can be delivered on-site or virtually.
The sessions will be bespoke, lively and interactive delivering a memorable learning experience for the delegates.
We will discuss your objectives prior to the delivery, and help you to plan the most effective delivery and support to your team of delegates.
We can deliver individual modules or a bespoke version of the full programme to suit the delegates. In-company Lean Six Sigma Black Belt programmes can range in duration from 15 days to 18 days depending on the requirement.
The dates for modular delivery will be mutually agreed and the timings of the days (or half-days) planned up front.
For international programmes we can start at anytime of the day.

‘Self-study’ Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Online training – equivalent to 18 days
