Jo has spent over two decades immersed in Continuous Improvement (CI), Lean Six Sigma, ISO, and Excellence strategies, making her a trusted expert across multiple sectors. Before joining Catalyst, she held significant roles at Masterlease Ltd as Quality Manager and at Investors in Excellence Ltd as Head of Assessment Solutions. Here, she adeptly integrated standards like ISO and IIE, guiding and training delegates to become assessors and providing invaluable feedback.
Jo’s training sessions are clear, tailored, and always relevant to participants. Her passion for making complex CI concepts accessible, truly defines her.
