Tamsin is an experienced and enthusiastic improver of businesses with a strong focus on making international teams work.

Tamsin was jointly responsible for bringing coaching to the UK at the very end of the 90s and co-founded the Coaching Academy alongside an improvement organisation called Achievement.

Experience

Lean, Agile development, business communication and coaching are at the core of Tamsin’s previous work, across industries and almost always internationally. Tamsin has particular experience in the highly-regulated world of medical devices, pharmaceuticals, banking and engineering as well as IT including several IT service providers.

Education

Tamsin has a BA (Hons) in English and Psychology and speaks several languages, in particular Spanish, German and Portuguese.
