How do I know this is the right course for me?

The programme provides you with the knowledge to lead Lean, Six Sigma, Lean Six Sigma, and/or Continuous Improvement projects using Agile to improve the time to benefits and their impact. It is perfect for existing Continuous Improvement practitioners and deployment leaders who want to learn a fresh and state-of-the-art approach and mindset. Are there any pre-requisites to the course?

Some knowledge of / exposure to Continuous Improvement / Lean / Lean Six Sigma projects and training would be helpful although not mandatory.

Do you offer discounts for groups?

We encourage deployment leaders and practitioners to attend together in the first instance and to encourage this we offer a discount of £100 per each additional delegate from the same organisation who attends one of our course dates.

Do I need a project to complete the course?

Not mandatory but we recommend that you come with a pilot project in mind, which you can use during the course to bring the techniques to life.

What support do you offer to help me with the training?

Our trainers are all experienced Agile and Lean Six Sigma practitioners who have been there and done it for real prior to joining Catalyst. Delegates are encouraged to contact their trainer at any time after the training, for example to discuss project ideas or review their project evidence prior to submission for assessment.

Do I receive a training certificate?

Once you have completed the training you will receive an e-certificate of completion, which can be added to your Linkedin profile. You will also receive written confirmation that you have passed the exam.

Can I upgrade my existing Yellow, Green or Black Belt qualification?

We are working with the BQF and will soon be offering an Agile upgrade to your existing Yellow, Green, or Black Belt qualification once you have proven your knowledge of Agile and can show evidence of having used it on a Continuous Improvement project.
